Five stars for the team at Jiffy Lube! I went in for a tire patch, but it turned out to be a split valve. I brought my own replacement part and they swapped it out for me free of charge. Really appreciate the honest and helpful service!

Great, fast service!

Came in for an oil change and they found that my cabin filter hadn’t been changed since I bought the car…my AC works now after 8 VERY hot summers! Very very grateful

Quick and easy to get an oil change here. Their price is not the lowest I have found, but their hours are better and they are methodical in their process. They have many discounts for first responders, etc. Just ask. There are also coupons you can use. They let you stay in the vehicle or go sit inside while they handle everything. They were not pushy on any additional items, but informed me of what they saw or recommended.

So thorough and fast! Very kind people and not pushy at all! And the hot chocolate/coffee bar was a great perk!

The person that took my information was very pleasant and personable. She's definitely the right person for that position. Fast service.

I ventured out for the first time after our snow storm and my tire pressure light was on. I stopped at Jiffy Lube on Massard in Fort Smith and they found I had a screw in my tire. They repaired it for me while I waited. The customer service is A++++ and I highly recommend. Very professional and friendly!

Great service!

Stopped in today to get an oil change. The service was quick and the inspection they do brought a couple leaks to my attention, that wasnt aware of. My truck will be in a different shop for more repairs soon and now I can have them check out the leaks too I appreciate the techs and service here.
