Lisa gives me a personable experience by remembering me as a customer and greeting me with a smile. In addition he is great at explaining why my Buick needs the work it does and not just the oil change. For example a radiator flush will help it last longer. Or a new air filter is like clean lungs and an old filter is like smokers lungs. In a generation where AI is taking over the personal experience is very much respected and appreciated. Melissa

Friendly and fast service. They show info based on computer knowledge. Aways satisfied. Been going to jiffy lube for many years. Actually it's the only oil change I've had since Chicago. I also like the computerize details on what was done in my receipt. Jiffy corner Pinal and Florence.??
