Really helpful staff and friendly as well.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube getting my oil change. Excellent customer service, professional, and very efficient. They explained everything clearly and had my vehicle serviced quickly.

I've never recieved such an amazing service by any other car maintenance company. These people know exactly how to treat clients and exceed expectations.

my experience was awesome a Young woman named Stephanie helped me out with my service and it was amazing. She was very helpful And nice she made it very clear For me on everything I exactly needed for my oil change. I will definitely be back for my next one. Stephanie had the greatest customer service I have ever experienced at a vehicle place.

Came in to get my oil change. I have an MMP maintenance card which requires the staff to call for the claim. Usually I get push back or annoyance from the crew, but the staff at this location were so friendly and helpful. They got to me right away and even went beyond requesting just an oil change. They asked the claims the department for other coverages like my windshield wipers. Such a relief to start my day with speedy, helpful and kind service.

We are traveling and needed an oil change so we stopped at jiffy lube to get our oil changed store #2446 tim and Noah found a torn axle boot on the driver side and needed repaired. They could not do it so they sent us to another store #2863 and Samuel and Andres took very good care of us! They got us in the next day when they had the parts and we were only there an hour and a half and they had us all repaired and on the road again! Thank You Jiffy Lube!! I would never hesitate to go back to jiffy lube for oil changes and mechanical services on my van!

Sammy is a GREAT GUY! He helped me out a lot in two ways: Firstly helping me with a citizen emergency AND then with my total car care questions and oil change!!! God bless him even more!!! I have two cars the little Fiat 500 and this one. I have been coming here since I moved to Tucson THIS LOCATION!
