I just had my car serviced at the Jiffy Lube here in Chico and had a great experience. They were super honest—they actually pulled out my old air filters and realized they didn’t have the exact replacements in stock, so they didn’t try to upsell me on something else. They got everything else done quickly, were really courteous, and the price was totally fair. All in all, definitely a thumbs up!

I love going to Jiffy Lube! I appreciate being able to drive up when I’m needing a service and that I’m seen within a short time. They always do an excellent job explaining to me what maintenance my vehicle needs and answering any of my questions. They are also very affordable in my opinion, so all around great experiences with them!
