I had a great experience at the Jiffy Lube in Folsom. The staff were friendly, professional, and very efficient. They explained the service clearly and completed everything quickly. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to add extra services. Overall it was a smooth and positive visit. I’ll definitely come back here for my next oil change.

Went to get my oil changed for the first time (was a bit nervous) and I know that it’s an easy process but Justin and the team took care of me so well! He was so kind, efficient and quick. I will definitely be going back!

Only place I take my car and it’s because of the staff. Always fast and kind. Bonus: it smells good :)

Got there early and they opened on time. Was done in 15 minutes. Very courteous and professional employees.

Excellent service

The service was quick and they went above and beyond to help me. They were out of the air filter my car needed and there wasn’t a delivery driver to bring one over so they took it upon themselves to pick it up instead. It was excellent customer service.

Kai and the entire staff are ALWAYS extraordinary! From start to finish! No matter what anyone says, I prefer to have my oil changed here over the dealership. It’s the same if not better service and for a fraction of the price. It also helps when they email coupons :)

After being told by another oil changer that they wanted to charge me almost $200, I called Jiffy Lube and to my astonishment, they told me the price would be at least $50 less. It ended up being almost $90 less with a coupon. Awesome! Not only that, but they were all so pleasant and helpful and allowed me to stay in my car since I have an injury. The manager even made pleasantries with me. All in all A++++

Best customer service ever! Every employee was friendly and helpful ! I got the full synthetic oil change and had them look at my tires to see if they needed rotation but honesty counts and they told me I didn’t need to. Thank them for their loyalty and service

The nicest people ever! The mechanics at Jiffy Lube in Folsom ran into a problem with my cap (the plastic had melted onto the container holding the oil) while doing an oil change on my car. Not only did they need to pry it off with extra tools, they gave me a discount for waiting, and gave me an extra cap for free. The incident wasn’t even their problem nor were they at fault, but they went above and beyond for me while being super polite and apologetic about it. Definitely going to be a returning customer for the foreseeable future.

Great and fast service

Had a headlight go out on my car and going out of town I bought bulb and brought it to jiffy lube and they fixed it no charge I would highly recommend this shop I also have gotten oil changes there they are fantastic thank you jiffy lube

Fast harmless and quick was in and out within 30 mins. Wasn’t expecting to make a stop but realized all our holiday traveling we were over our need for a change. We paid a super killer price compared to San Francisco. With 7,500 miles instead of 3,500
