Esmeralda and her team at this Jiffy Lube location were extremely professional and personable. This location was a little out of my way but I’d make the drive again just for the service they provided.

My husband went to Jiffy Lube yesterday afternoon to have new tires mounted and balanced. The entire staff were friendly and welcoming. This morning, one of the tires was flat. I called Jiffy Lube and Daniel the manager was at my home to removed and take the tire to their shop for repair. Turned out that my used valve stem had failed. It was replaced and Daniel re-installed the tire on my car. The whole things was performed in less than an hour, start to finish. We are very happy with the caring service provided by Jiffy Lube in La Mesa.

I had a issue with some accidental damage and the manager Daniel helped get everything resolved. He was very courteous and professional and followed through with corporate to make sure everything was taken care of for me! Daniel is a great leader and an asset to ensuring customer retention.

My service due soon indicator came on when I had my nanny children with me so I drove directly to Jiffy Lubes to get assistance! Roger got me in immediately to give me an oil change. Alexis was extremely friendly and knowledgeable also. I always receive excellent service at this Jiffy Lube.

I've been taking my vehicle for many years to this JiffyLube on Lake Murray Blvd. Daniel is an amazing mechanic and has done numerous repairs and replacements on my vehicles. He is top notch mechanic. Not only for the "normal" JiffyLube stuff, but he does basically EVERYTHING! He is honest, and hardworking, doesn't give you the run around and stands by his work 100%. If you need a 5STAR mechanic look no further. JiffyLube Lube @ Lake Murray surprisingly has it!!!!! You won't be disappointed. Props to Daniel. Jiffy Lube you have an asset. Take care of him.

I stopped in for a top off before a long roadtrip and the service of this staff was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and communicated with me about everything they were checking. They provided more insight and updates than when I get a full oil change at other locations. They were incredibly thorough, very professional and extremely informative. I had an amazing experience at Jiffy Lube just after New Year’s. Daniel and Alexis went above and beyond. They did professional, thorough work on my car, educated me on what maintenance I’d need, and gave me a clear timeline without any pressure. Daniel has helped me before and is always honest, kind, and full of integrity. He explains everything clearly and even gives advice on parts and installations. Alexis is warm, personable, and instantly puts you at ease. I trusted her completely and loved interacting with her. She is such a star! As a woman who’s always nervous going to mechanics alone, I felt safe and respected the entire time. I’ve sent friends and family here, and everyone has had amazing experiences. I will always return. The honesty, integrity, and professionalism of Daniel and Alexis as well as the whole staff are rare and will take them very far in life. I’m so grateful! Thank you so much for your help. I’ve had the best experience today. I have been putting off getting an oil change for a week now. Today I only had 1 hour to squeeze this into my schedule. The guys here had me in and out in less than 10 min. They were honest, professional, and very fast! I’d definitely use them from now on!
