Great, fast and thorough experience. Very helpful and courteous. I am a regular customer here because these people are professional and timely. It was a challenge to reset the system and they stayed with me until it was done correctly. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube. Good value, too!

Quick and fast!

I tried to change my own oil to save a few bucks and ended up not being able to get the filter on right. I called Annette at Jiffy Lube and said I was gonna tow my car to have them help and she offered to personally drive to my house and fixed my cars problem for free , I can't thank her enough , I definitely am going back there Everytime from now on , thanks again Annette for going above and beyond which is very rare these days!

Lucas was so helpful and polite. I got in/out without issue. Lucas even helped me to remember my coupon! It was raining cats and dogs today and both Lucas and the manager were sure to make sure I was covered by their umbrellas on the ways in and out of the shop. Will definitely come back for my next oil change.

The service was quick, smooth, and everything was done professionally. My car was ready on time, and the whole process felt easy and stress free. What really stood out to me was the manager. She was so helpful and genuinely nice. She explained what was being done, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. It is rare to get that level of kindness and customer service. Overall, this was a really positive experience, and I will definitely be coming back for future service. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for a reliable oil change with great customer service.

Very nice staff and quick!

They were very good in doing the oil change ad putting the light in, but I waited 10 minutes before someone actually said hi and acknowledged me. Not very good customer service. And they forgot to reset the oil change on the dash. But they were short and they had a lot of customers so I could understand.
