Always a great experience!

Walking into an oil change shop as a woman can honestly feel intimidating. Male dominated spaces like that sometimes come with the worry of being talked down to or taken advantage of. But my experience at Jiffy Lube completely changed that for me. Rupert, the gentleman who helped me, was incredibly kind and respectful. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my car, made sure I understood everything, and never once made me feel uncomfortable or uninformed. He truly went above and beyond with his service. Because of this experience, I’ll absolutely be coming back here from now on. It’s such a relief to find a place that feels honest, welcoming, and trustworthy.

Great service. Chris and his crew didn’t have the tool to complete the job…so they went out and bought it. Price was competitive. Would return for service again.

They were short staffed but I didn't have to wait to long. The young man that checked me in and out was very nice. Did a great job.
