UPDATE: After having a troubled service, the representative from this location reached out to me and made it right. Mistakes happen, and it says something that they care enough to follow up when one is made. I went in for a basic oil change, and they decided to dismantle the interior of my car without my consent. The purpose was to access my cabin air filter and try to upsell me on a new one (The existing one was brand new, which they would’ve known if they had asked before taking my car apart). The real issue arises because I noticed that my dash cam was out of center and falling off the windshield when I got home. When I installed it, I took a great care to run it along the trim so it would be accessible in case it needed to be adjusted or removed. The technician who took apart my dashboard carelessly threw the wire behind the glove box when they reinstalled it. Now I cannot get my camera to work and the only way to fix it is to take apart my dashboard and access the cable again. There are no shortage of service shops in the area, I recommend NOT going to this one. What a pain.

It was a seamless interaction, the service was fast , efficient, and I came away with a great experience, I would recommend this jiffy lube on Zinfandel to anyone who would ask, 5 out of 5 stars
