Incredible experience from beginning to end. Highly competent staff that efficiently moves you through the process. I was in and out in no time.

This jiffy lube was the best one that I had visited in one day , I had visited 4 in total in one day had went to a in total in one day the first one was in citrus Heights and I was told they didn't have enough people to change my coolant. The next one i went to said that they don't coolant changes anymore that was in west Sacramento, I then ask the manager if he knew where a jiffy lube was that would change my coolant he then called the last store on watt avenue an they sent me to that one on watt Ave. The reason why I went to so many was because I have a Chevrolet an I don't like the coolant Chevrolet uses because I had 2 Chevrolet trucks and 1 car that the coolant Chevrolet uses causes the center head gaskets to leak an that is a expensive fix, but the last one I was sent to had me in a out in 30 minutes and they had the same many people that the 1st one had that told me they couldn't do it because they didn't have enough people to change my coolant , this manager on watt avenue in Sacramento had the same many people that the first one I went to had in citrus Heights that told me they didn't have enough people to change my coolant. I almost gave up on getting my truck coolant changed but he did a great job for me in an out in 30 minutes, for a coolant change.

So fast, reasonable price and helpful. Jeff was great- appreciate you.

I have a lot of positive things to say about this particular Jiffy Lube. First, I live closer to about four other Jiffy Lubes in Sacramento, but I originally came to this specific location because they offer more services than just a basic oil change. Once I was on their mailing list, I found they also offer better discounts on services like oil changes compared to other locations. The staff here is great to work with, and they get you through incredibly fast, even when there are long lines. It’s a pleasant place to wait, and I’ve never had a problem. They always check in to see if I have any specific concerns they should look at. I also appreciate that you can watch them work from the waiting room, so you can see both the speed and the quality of what they are doing. I have no complaints—it is absolutely worth driving across town and passing several other Jiffy Lubes to get here.

I had to wait a few extra minutes to be checked in but other than that service was great and fast!

They were great! They were fast and explained the cost of each service clearly. The place was very clean and tech’s were very friendly.

I have been off-put by several mechanic shops. I called ahead of time and the gentleman was forthright with pricing and time of possible service as they were slightly busy. Gabriel I think is the manager, checked me in , explained everything, and proceeded to introduce me to Josh. It was overall a pleasant experience.

The Guy there was so helpful today. All of them they help me with my oil change and help me with other issues with my car. As a young lady I didn’t feel overwhelmed and they were not overbearing. This is my Go to location now !!! Thanks Guys

The people here are really great and have good customer service skills. I got an oil change and a tire rotation. They do a brief inspection to make sure everything is safe. They were also really quick, and I like that they are open on the weekend for those of us who work during most of the open hours during the week. It's a little pricier than a mom and pop shop, but they do have coupons. And they will ask if you would like to do additional services (like change your air filters) but they're not too pushy about it so that's nice.
