From the moment I arrived, the service was efficient, professional, and extremely well organized. Salvador was especially impressive—he was highly astute, clearly knowledgeable about the work being performed, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand without being rushed. What stood out most was how informative and transparent he was throughout the process. He quickly identified what my vehicle needed, explained the options clearly, and handled everything with impressive efficiency. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such great customer communication. Overall, the entire visit was smooth, fast, and stress-free. If you’re going to the Jiffy Lube in Tarzana, I highly recommend asking for Salvador. His professionalism and attention to detail make a real difference. Definitely one of the best service experiences I’ve had at an auto shop.
