Jiffy Lube Castle ROCK was awesome!!

I brought my 1971 Ford Bronco in for an oil change. The staff could not have been more courteous and helpful. I knew with the age of my vehicle it would be a challenge. The crew stepped up to the challenge and exceeded all expectations of professionalism and knowledge.

Everyone was really nice, helpful and transparent. Service was great and quick would highly recommend

The oil change was done perfect. Only reason for 4 stars I question their upscale. They recommend coolant and tranny flush.. I did those myself probably 10k miles ago. Unless they got an aftermarket dipstick or borrowed the one I stash in the trunk . they wouldnt know about the atf fluid condition. Because dodge doesn't come with a dipstick in the tube. I guess they up sale based on recommended intervals from the factory. They recommended new shocks .... correct my car does need shocks. I asked them if my ball joints and tie rod ends need replaced as well as wheel bearings. The guy told me hes unsure. Well if you are going to sell shocks ..... give the front wheel a shake down.... if you are going to do a suspension job try to squeeze some wheel bearings, tie rods in there, you could have upsold me there. The labor hours from their quotes being roughly 200 per labor hour seems way too much for jiffy lube. Im considering having the shocks done. At the end of the day they changed the oil like I asked and did it well. Its the upsale that got me scratching my head.... but I was once a tech 16 years ago.

This Jiffy Lube location provided a fantastic experience. I was greeted professionally, I was updated as to the service progress and other needs aside from the oil change.. Nolan explained the service requirements without any pressure. I will come back again for my next service gladly.

EndFeb - stopped back again to get an oil change this time. Aaron helped me understand my options for oil, letting me know my Jeep would work well with a blend oil vs. a full synthetic. Jesse, Kaydin, Nick and Nolan worked together to complete the service. Thanks for another awesome customer focused experience! MidFeb - Aaron and the entire team at this location were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I stopped for a rideshare inspection and am back on the road thanks to them!

in and out in 30 minutes, explained the process, actually did what they said they were going to do, showed me clean oil and that the level was full using dip stick.
