So not sure when they changed management or what, but since the last 6 months or so this store turned a big corner and is really great. Very professional and very thorough. Not sure if he’s the store manager but Mike is probably one of the best customer reps I’ve gotten to interact with across the board. Other employees are very detailed and interactive as well. I’ve been at this store for a long time and in the past there were folks working here that were damn near smoking while under the car and wearing shorts. LOL. But anyways can’t currently recommend this service center any better

I've been going to Jiffy Lube locations for many years and my recent experience at the Jiffy Lube on Jackson Parkway in Monument CO was without a doubt the best I've ever had. Professional, courteous, and fast. Great job guys!!

I favor the Monument Jiffy Lube location above others due to their exceptional service and competitive pricing. My visits are consistently efficient, and the convenience of remaining in my vehicle during oil changes is particularly advantageous in inclement weather conditions.

Polite, effective,smart, and efficient

Mike (owner/manager) was very welcoming and explained thoroughly my options based on the different levels of fluids in my vehicle. Crew there was pleasant to deal with and had the oil change done in a very timely manner. Overall good experience there and would recommend using their services.

I stopped in for an oil and filter change on our 2017 Subaru Outback with 3.6 engine. I was a shop manager of a company with over a hundred vehicles, I have owned a mechanic shop and am now retired but still restore and race a spec Miata but keep up enough on newer vehicles to know when not to do all maintenance. The young technician explained to me the cost of some other items for future reference. During the maintenance he took the time to show me some of the other items that I might consider. He proved to be very knowledgeable to an old fart who is also very knowledgeable and I ended up spending over $600 and felt it was worthwhile and the car was well taken care of. Kudos to him and Thankyou. Tom Penewell.

Tyler and the other guy working with him (couldn’t see him, he was underground) got me in and out, came in around 30 min to close but did tire rotation and oil change! Super friendly and helpful service, worth the stop in with these two working tonight! Thank you.

This location always takes good care of my vehicle. Today I had my front brakes replaced, my oil changed, and my radiator topped off. The service was unbelievably fast and the technicians are always very polite and professional. They always make helpful suggestions without being pushy or shady. I’m so glad we have a Jiffy Lube here in Monument.

The crew did AWESOME work in there and the new manager there (Mike) is a true rock star! I brought my car for a fresh oil change and headlight restoration! The headlight restoration isn't listed in here to select, but they DO those there! My headlights went from nasty to shiny in no time! Keep being great rock stars in there y'all! You're all great!
