I need to give a shoutout where it was due. I came to this jiffy lube about 30 minutes before closing, hoping to get a quick oil change. There were two cars already getting serviced and one other person pulled into another lane, so I went to the other open lane. Another car arrived behind me as well. Leaving the two cars already getting serviced to be finished, plus three more cars waiting all at 5:30pm with a closing time of 6pm. Alexander K. greeted me so kindly and informed me he was ALL BY HIMSELF doing all the services and checking people out. He did not complain once and assured me he could get my service done but there would be a small wait. Although I wanted a quick oil change, my experience with Alex was the best I’ve ever had at a jiffy lube. He explained everything he was doing and even gave me a $10 off coupon for the wait even though he was all by himself. What an outstanding employee! Thanks Alex!
