My is 24 years old with nearly 420k miles on it….My check oil level light came on so while I was out I went to Jiffy Lube because they offer a top of service before my next LOF is due…I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for 20+ years but never to this particular location….Mr. Rick checked my oil and stated that I wasn’t losing oil as a result of a leak…My truck is actually burning the oil because of the high mileage….He suggested that I purchase an oil treatment to help with the thickness….I did as he suggested and he asked me to come back after 100 miles so he could monitor it….Within a week or so I actually had additional 200 miles since his service….He checked it again and the level, the cleanliness of the oil was absolutely perfect….The oil looked as if he’d just changed the oil with new oil…. I haven’t seen clear or clean oil in my truck since it was relatively new…..I just assumed the oil was black because my truck is old…I was in awe and I really do appreciate what Mr. Rick did….He suggested that I bring my truck back after another 500 miles so he could monitor it….No one at any other Jiffy Lube had never made such a recommendation…..I’m truly appreciative…

Was helped by Rick and Zack and they did an excellent job. Went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Place closes at 6:00 and I showed up at 5:50. They helped me with a smile and took great care of my vehicle. Highly recommend

I experience an issue with this location on Friday February 27th but i must admit the manger, Rick, quickly got involved and offered a lot of solutions that not only helped me but showed me that professionally he works to get things corrected. I had been a customer for many years and although an incident occurred i was very impressed with how things ended. Good job jiffy lube!

Rich went out of his way to help us with our engine leaking issues and took incredibly good care of our car. I would recommend this jiffy lube to anyone.

I use the Jiffy Lube on San Jose and Loretto. I've got a car, 2018 Kia Sorrento with a GDI engine. This particular engine burns oil. You can't see it, but every 200 miles I stop by for a top off. I've done this several times. But on one occasion, there was a new girl. And after the top off, she said they might be ending my agreement. She said something about too many visits. I have had great service from these guys. I was taken aback by this girl, who apparently is some kind of manager. I'm considering going back to Take5. The guys are great. I'd recommend them in a heart beat. If your vehicle doesn't go through oil, you're going to get great service.

Assistant manager and Lead manager were very professional and handled our new vehicle with great care.

I drove up 30 minutes before they were closing. The manager made sure I got the oil changed and i was taken care of. A bunch of great guys here. I would recommend coming out.

I came to get my oil change today & overall it was a good experience. Reese and Zachary did a great job but my issue is with the manager, Rick. He blatantly yelled at all the employees right in front of me & made me extremely uncomfortable. I've been in a customer service management roll before & never would I confront my employees in front of a customer. It makes staff feel embarrassed, customers uncomfortable, and all round ruins the experience. It really rubbed be the wrong way & I don't appreciate when the people providing me a service are being publicly humiliated. These men do not clock in to have that happen to them. They seemed to know exactly what they're doing & from my experience, a micromanager will ensure that the company looses business & staff.

I want to give a special shout-out to Rick, the Area Manager/Trainer, who was incredibly helpful and truly went the extra mile to ensure I was a satisfied customer. I highly recommend this location!
