I had not been to a Jiffy Lube in years because of some not so great experiences. Yesterday 3/3/26, I decided to give this Jiffy Lube a try because I really needed an oil change. I was pleasantly surprised at the way the team all communicated with each other to get the job done. They explained what was being done, showed the old filter and how dirty it was, as well as explaining the importance of getting your on changed in a timely manner. I really appreciated the feedback and the enthusiasm of the entire team. Jerry, Edwin and even the manager Randy that took the time to come out and talk to me to see if everything was pleasant. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube if you want outstanding customer service care and satisfaction. Bravo!!! Thank you, Angela B. Miami/Ft. Lauderdale

Excellent service from start to finish. I took my car in for an oil change, and they also performed a very thorough general inspection. They explained the condition of my vehicle with complete honesty and only suggested what truly needed to be replaced, without any pressure or unnecessary costs. They are very professional, honest, and incredibly helpful, always willing to answer questions and assist. It's clear they care about doing a good job and taking care of their customers. I will definitely return and recommend them 100%.

The people at this jiffy lube were very pleasant to me. The wait could have been a tad shorter, but the service and price made up for it.

Good service and fast oil change, good staff. But damn corporate if you see this, $75 for an engine air filter is absolutely insane. No my full size truck does not warrant an upcharge like that. I ordered one on Amazon for $16 while I was waiting for the oil to get changed. Out of your damn mind thinking I’m going to spend $75 freaking dollars for an air filter.

I am being intentional about sharing my experience with everone. I brought my BMW x3 to Jiffy Lube 4359 N University Dr, Sunrise for multiple services. The team was very informative and provided excellent service. They went above and beyond to service my car, as I had a few issues that required alot of extra time and extra efforts. So I want to acknowledge them individually because that's how impressed I was with the 5 star service they provided. Lyonel N, Calvin J, Hubert B, Edwin D, Mario L and Randy. I will only ve going to this store going forward. Thank you guys for the great service and I will be referring everyone to this store.

What can I say about these guys except I wish everyone cared as much about there customers and there craft. Super helpful, Sean S. was amazing. I'm and put on like 30 minutes. How it should be.
