I love this Roswell Rd location! The staff is lovely and welcoming every single time, and they always make sure I understand what I need and why. No one is trying to upsell me for unnecessary items; it feels as if they truly care about the safety of me as a driver and maximizing my driving experience. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I know that the staff is going to explain everything to me in a way that makes sense! My tires are filled up for me and I’m reassured that i’m taking good care of my car! Very genuine people, my experience is always 10/10! I will forever be a loyal customer!:)

They are fast and courteous!

They were sooo accommodating and friendly!!! I went in for emissions and coolant and they kept coming back to me to tell me they were checking everything my car needed and kept saying it would be free?? so, they checked my oil and topped it off, checked my tires, and wipers ALL EXTRA SERVICES WERE FREE!!! It’s just part of their excellent customer service!!!

Super sweet staff pointed out that we were not in need of an oil change yet. They kindly topped us off on our fluids and filled the tires up. Incredibly kind folks working here. Appreciate the service and all of the smiles. We will be back!

Good people work at this location. Kind people and honest - dog friendly. 100% recommend. Told me to come back in 1,000 miles when I was due for a change. I’ll be back. Other locations nearby I don’t recommend - the last place I went printed a sticker that was 1500 miles less to the next oil change than recommended - that location also opened my brake valve and told me I needed a brake inspection et c.

My oil change and air filter replacement experience at this Jiffy Lube location was top tier! They were kind, prompt, and professional. The manager, Tina, gave me some great information on my car and made me feel confident about the place I chose to be serviced. I will definitely be back!

Fast service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very pleased with how fast they were able to change my oil. They even gave my dog some treats while we waited.

The support team at jiffy lube are experts in their field, kind and considerate. They aren’t trying to upsell me on every service but rather help me maintain my car and ensure my safety. I pass three other car maintenance shops on my way to this location because of how thorough, respectful and helpful this team is. You have a loyal customer in me!

Great service. Tech noticed a small problem with windshield wiper. I told him I didn't want to replace, so he improvised a repair with a zip tie at no charge.

Highly recommend, fast and efficient service. Staff were very helpful and honest. Go to place for an oil change!

This place is always perfect for my emissions testing! They are friendly, take my car immediately and are done within 20 minutes with a smile! They have never tried to sell me anything else and I will continue using their services every year!

Awesome and professional I've come to jiffy for all my service on my truck.

Pretty good. 3rd time getting my oil changed here with no issues, decided to finally make a review. Also got my emissions test and everything was done reasonably fast and was priced fair. Would come again.

Great service very friendly. Approachable. They advised I had a carbon filter that will need to be replaced. Genuine.

Overall, a good experience. I am grateful for their assistance and also for the speed in which they did it.
