I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube! My customer service representative, Denzel, was excellent. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. I really appreciated that I never felt pressured to purchase any additional services.While I was waiting, I received updates on the progress of my vehicle, which made the process smooth and reassuring. The waiting area was also very clean and comfortable. Overall, the customer service was top tier, and I would definitely visit again for any future car maintenance or repairs. Highly recommend!

She offered to bring me coffee but I chose to go inside with her and she was so friendly. We talked about my dogs and Alaska! Denzel gave us some wonderful advise about our truck!
