I requested the same oil grade and filter change, as well as air filter in my last visit to Jiffy Lube on South Chicago as the visits before because of our auto's great engine performance.

I always feel good about my oil change at this Jiffy Lube. The techs are friendly, professional and helpful. I have a Benz out of warranty and this is the first time outside the dealership getting an oil change. One con they did not have my filters. Y’all need to work on that. However, It was convenient and they answered my questions to make sure they will use the right oil for my SUZ. They assured me and showed me the oil. Keep up the customer service guys!

The service, the recommendations, and the price, were spot on! They were understaffed and not as "Jiffy" as I had hoped. But while I was there a man had an appointment for an interview. I hope he got the job; they need the help!

This is my go to place for my oil changes. I have been patronizing this Jiffy Lube for years have never had any issues or problems with them. They’re very courteous informative, and the customer service is great.

This was my second visit. It was just as great if not more. When I arrived it was PACKED!!! Lamar Wilson came out and apologized for the wait. As soon as he was able he pulled me into the next service area, kept me abreast of the process, and ensured all was in order. Mr. Lamar Wilson deserved the accolades on the wall and even more!!!

Came in for an oil change and inspection and I left with my truck riding much smoother on the road! They technicians suggested that I get a tire rotation, replacement air filters and changed my oil. I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location.
