All the employees are very nice and considerate of my time. The shop is clean and they even ask if I would like a water.. I absolutely love this particular Jiffy Lube in Avon. I tell everyone about it.

I hate getting my oil changed—dealerships always take forever, even with an appointment. I tried Jiffy Lube on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. Quick service, great customer care, and you can stay in your car. The owners were on site and very honest—no unnecessary upselling like dealerships. Highly recommend this family-owned location! Great employees, spoke to you not at you. Made me feel welcomed and not just more work. Great service, oil and coolant change and kept me informed and apologized for the time it took but it was done before they said it would be.

Took a chance no appointment. Staff greeted and were very attentive. Otis and Amanarias great team. In and out in 25 minutes. I was not in a hurry, and they were awesome. Oil changed and tires rotated. They gained a new customer. It will be convenient and economical for me use this location. If the owner sees this review you should pay them more.

They made sure my kids were comfortable they gave them snacks while they worked they checked my entire vehicle lights oil change & made sure I had the best care they did a windshield wipe down as well as made sure I was stable enough to continue my ride on the road the guys there were very nice & made me feel comfortable I will be back thank you

All the employees were so wonderful! Done very quickly too and checked everything throughly.

Very good experience. Brought in quickly and was out in about 10 min. Just have to watch out for the standard upsell (filter, wipers, coolant). But they didn’t push anything so very fine with it all. Just a reminder there is always a coupon. I wish they just had a reasonable price without but it’s usually easy to find when you need.

Great service, it was beyond quick. The employees work when I was there were great. I wish I had gotten their name. They deserve recognition for the great customer service, and friendliness.
