Great experience with an oil change and other questions

Stopped to have my car checked because of a shaky feeling, thinking I needed my tires balanced. The kind people at this store test drove and realized there was ice build up and suggested we didn't need service. Very kind and thoughtful. Highly recommend!

The people that work here are very thorough and very pleasant. The service is fantastic. I don’t always see The same faces but one thing I can say is that the training is consistently great. I’ve never had a bad experience here. My only gripe is that the oil change pricing is kind of high.

Overall - very solid and quick experience. They were very professional. That said, the 4/5 stars are for the fact that they *way* over filled my tires. It’s nice they fill them, but they filled them to the tires max PSI capacity! So, I had to let 4-6 PSI out when I got home (as I could visibly tell). May just be a training issue, but having them filled to the brim, and not the recommended pressure isn’t ideal. That said - it was a good experience & I’d go back again, if I am in a hurry and can’t do it myself.
