Been here a few times and the guys are super chill. They are always honest and transparent with my car needs and gave great advice on how to approach maintenance to my vehicle and upcoming needs.

Had a great experience here. The team was very professional and responsible throughout the whole process. They clearly explained what needed to be done and didn’t try to upsell me anything unnecessary. The pricing was reasonable for my Volvo, and I really appreciated that they even included a complimentary brake fluid service. Everything was done efficiently and the car drives much smoother now. Would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Quick and efficient

I own a 2024 Ford Bronco and took it into the Jiffy Lube on Olivia Way in Fishers yesterday for the very first time. I was only there for an oil change, but while sitting in the waiting room, a disgruntled customer began arguing with one of the employees—raising his voice, accusing the worker of sabotaging his vehicle, and making a scene. Instead of escalating to the customer's level, the employee handled the situation with calmness and respect. I was not only impressed with the way in which he did this, but also with the incredible service on my vehicle for a reasonable price. Even though some people are not always the easiest to deal with, showing kindness and patience is always better than fighting fire with fire. Because of this experience here, I will continue to go back to this location and would definitely recommend it to others.

Just recently had my wheel calipers repaired there. The guys were easy to work with and very fair on price !

Five stars and then some. My wife stopped in to get her company car serviced and left impressed. Glenn greeted her right away and got her settled in the waiting area without the usual awkward shuffle. John, the manager, walked her through exactly what they were doing with the vehicle. Clear explanation. No pressure. No upsell nonsense. Here is the kicker. They removed a stuck rear wiper blade that multiple other shops could not figure out. That alone tells you something about the level of attention and competence here. They also handled ordering new tires without turning it into a sales pitch. Straightforward, professional, and efficient. If you want an oil change done right, with staff who treat your family with respect please check this store and its team out!

I don't normally do reviews but this time it's warranted. I had the best service today getting my oil changed at Jiffy Lube. First of all I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, and the service was good. They remembered to reset the mileage indicator on my car and I was out of there in no time!

In and out super fast. Reasonable prices and very friendly. My only issue is 5hat they won't put manufactures recommendations for oil change on their stickers, theirs is much less.

I had been going to Valvoline previously, but I didn’t feel there was enough attention to detail with the services, and I also wanted the convenience of an oil change with a tire rotation. My first experience at Jiffy Lube was great. The young lady assisting me kept me up to date throughout the process and clearly explained the condition of my vehicle without trying to oversell anything. I appreciate the transparency and professionalism. I look forward to future visits and hope this level of service remains consistent.

Stopped by because my tire was leaking. They went above and beyond to find and fix my tire!!! This is where I always get my oil change.

Tim and the team had my oil change done so fast, I felt like I was in the pits at the Indy 500. They were efficient, friendly, and did an excellent job. Highly recommend!

Aiden was the best for communication and service! I’d definitely go back to this location. Also, their pricing saved me $40 than going to my dealership.
