Staff was polite & knowledgeable

ALL the technicians were Fast, Professional, FRIENDLY, and knowledgeable! Especially TIFFANY, HALEY, and JOHN! There were others there too but I can't remember their names. What a GREAT experience from ALL the folks at the Emerson Location in Beech Grove! Tiffany even asked if I was a Veteran, I am, and she made sure I got the Veteran's discount. My wife was with me and we stayed in the truck as the techs serviced pretty much everything my truck needed. I wish I could give them MORE than 5 Stars! Great Job! I'll be back with all my other vehicles!

I used to go somewhere else to get my oil changed, but since I started going to this particular Jiffy Lube, I found it to be very friendly and professional at the same time. I love the lady that is the manager of this Jiffy Lube. I can’t think of her name, but she’s very very nice and professional so is everybody that works at this store? Fast and friendly

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly Unfortunately, they didn’t have the exact oil I wanted. They were able to give me a substitute and assured me it was the same quality.

Oil change was $86.99 and I also replaced the cabin air filter for $49.99, which felt a little high but it was needed. My main issue was the additional $11.68 charge for shop supplies that wasn’t mentioned upfront. The service was fine, but the extra fees add up quickly. Make sure to check for coupons before going in to help offset some of the cost.

I’ve come to this Jiffy Lube multiple times for basic car maintenance since I’ve owned my own car and every time they’ve been quick, efficient, and reliable. Plus, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve yet to have a bad experience.

Always super quick service with the option of sitting in their waiting room or staying in my car. Was due for an oil change but needed my cabin filter changed too. No one has ever checked that and shown it to me to know it needed changed before, so I appreciated that!

You guys are to this day still the best Jiffy Lube I have been to all of Indianapolis! It has been 6mo-1yr since I’ve been to the location, as I moved to another part of town.
