I absolutely love my Jiffy Lube Crew. They have always given great customer service. It doesn't matter what it is from getting air in my tires to getting the oil changed. I still get treated with great respect, they listen to you and go above and beyond.They love what they do and show that through how they do it.My Kentucky Ave.Crew are unbeatable not only in top grade service, but making me feel I'm important and special. Keep it up guys

Super fast and the people that work there were personable, patient and descriptive. I went to the one on Thompson rd since it was the closest. I was able to use my $26 off any oil change coupon which we made note of before I even got out of my car. Which, yes, getting out was strange considering it’s usually an option but it didn’t matter that much to me. I requested the high mileage oil change because my engine has been through it and the guy didn’t force me to go for platinum which was $20 more. I’m on a serious budget right now and he even reassured me that what was suggested didn’t HAVE to get done - just that it was recommended. At the end of the service when it was time to pay, the guy even reminded me of my coupon. Most places will not do that because they want whatever money and commission they can get. I appreciated this location and their workers

Guys were super helpful with my oil change. Usually going to places like this makes me a little nervous because you never know what to expect, but they were super professional and helpful. Fixed my car & price did not change from what they told me it would be in the beginning. Definitely recommend!

I have been bringing my vehicles here for over a decade. They have been consistent in their talent and excellent customer service.

I would highly recommend Jiffy Lube off of Kentucky Avenue and High School Rd. They were very quick and professional. They got me right in to see what was wrong. I had a bolt in my tire that was non repairable. They put on my donut and ordered me a new one. I was planning to go in the next day but they called me about 2 hrs later. They received it already. I went right out there and about 30 minutes. I was on my way again. Thank you for the good and quick customer service. I hope I don’t need you again, but I know where I will go if needed.

Great worker and attention to to details

After a rough week of "consequences without actions" I had spent an entire morning at an esteemed tire service company who did me a fine service on my car, but my hopes of getting both headlight bulbs replaced (since one was out, I figured the second one must be soon coming), and was quoted $310 because there was an elaborate procedure involved. Not wishing to spend a couple day's wages on headlights, I remembered my last experience being pleasant at Jiffy Lube, and was kindly told on the phone that if I had the bulb, they would install it at no charge. Since I was driving a vehicle that seemed to promise a challenge, I took myself (and my trusty bulb) to the kind and thoughtful folks at Jiffy Lube on Thompson. Firstly, they let me right through in spite of being busy for what they thought was a simple bulb replacement, and it took a few extra minutes due to a technical problem, and I was not fussed in the slightest by that. Not only did they replace the bulb that was out, they did the other one as well, and did not charge me anything. I literally WANTED to pay them something, and they did not take payment for it. I insisted three times, and was basically told it was taken care of and to not worry about it at all. The headlights are working great, and after all of that, how on earth could I *NOT* write a glowing review citing the character and commitment to customer service that these people have. Of course after this, I am going to get my oil changes there next time. I feel I owe them that at least, and wanted to do what right I could for them by sharing my little story here. I highly recommend these folks. They're friendly, courteous, competent, professional, and genuinely good folks to do business with. I'd give them six stars if I could.

This is the only place I will take my car to. The are always so nice, honest, and quick. I watch them treat each customer who walks in the door with the same exceptional service. 10/10
