I went to this location because the last time my oil was changed the company that changed it stripped the oil pan plug but neglected to tell me. I was told this Jiffy Lube would be able to get the plug out. They had it out and the new oil in in a very reasonable amount of time. The technicians were so friendly and knowledgeable. They talked to me about a couple things I should have checked out on my car as well. I appreciate their care and honesty.

Keith, Amber, Deon, and Josh did an amazing job with my oil change today! They recommended fuel injector cleaner and even replaced my light bulbs! I definitely recommend going to this location and look forward to coming back!

Went late afternoon yesterday for headlight issue and they changed both bulbs at my request and it still didn't work. Scott put my ticket on hold till this morning and I went back so Keith could try to find the issue. All I can say is he went way above and beyond. Still no headlight bc it could be the wiring. I'll take it to Norms at their request. Thanks again

I purchased new wiper blades during my last oil change. Yesterday one of the wipers broke and flipped off of my car while driving. I went directly to the Jiffy store and they replaced is free of charge.

These folks are awesome! I had an unusual request, it was do you know if the abandoned dodge is still sitting down the road? They did not however out if nothing but genuine kindness volunteered to drive down the road and check for me. I live an hr and a half south, the necessary auto part has just arrived and I didn't want to make the long trip unnecessarily. Thank you guys so much, I owe you one.
