The guys were very customer service focused with a great sense of urgency. They had my options and pricings within seconds of pulling up. I went in and sat down and they had my car done in minutes because they cared that I had to be to work soon. They were very thorough about my headlights needing replaced and my air filters and I said I appreciated it and I would be back this weekend to get my service from them.

My first visit to Jiffy Lube truly impressed me. They easily outshine both Midas and the auto service departments at Walmart in my area. Every employee there — both men and women — is extremely knowledgeable and confident. They work together as a strong team, and it’s honestly impressive to watch. They are helpful, kind, and take the time to explain everything clearly so you understand what’s being done and why. Most importantly, they allow you to make your own decisions without any pressure or scare tactics. They walk you through each step of the process so you always know what’s going on. I left feeling informed, respected, and confident in the work they did. My car is better for it. I could say more, but honestly, you should experience it for yourself. If you haven’t been, I highly recommend giving this Jiffy Lube a try at least once. It’s refreshing to see a team that takes pride in doing things the right way — no pressure, no unnecessary upselling, just honest, quality service. Highly recommend!

I came in for a top off. Everyone was moving efficiently. The crew was training a new person and explaining each step as they went. It all appeared very professional and encouraging.

Extremely quick and very kind!

I was driving north on I-65 and my "change oil" light came on. I had an oil change six weeks ago, so I was hoping nothing was wrong. I drove to the nearest Jiffy Lube and within 15 minutes checked to make sure my oil was full, checked my lights, filled my tires, and helped me reconfigure the "change oil" light. Excellent service and very friendly!

Very helpful with my car stuff

I went to Jiffy Lube on a late Sunday afternoon for a standard oil change. I received the greatest service!! Conner Aaron and Robert did a great job!! I will be back and I will spread the word!!

Everyone at this jiffy lube that I have encountered is polite, efficient, and honest. I won't take my car anywhere else in town for an oil change.

Jiffy Lube always helps me feel better about prepping to travel. They also mentioned a headlight cleaning process that I really want to try out when I can.

I appreciate Amanda letting me in your door early (7:30A) to get out of the -5 deg F temperatures & use your restroom. Also, my vehicle was serviced within the time promised. Lastly, all staff communicated well & were courteous. Well done!

Oil change

The staff is Very Professional and lets you know what’s happening with your car. I would Highly recommend them.

I have went for my last 4 oil changes and they are nice. I think they need to bring back Vacuum car with service. It is expensive and I have coupons every time go or would not due to prices

Amanda at the Jiffy Lube in Lafayette on South Street is the best. She remembered me even though I had a different car. She even remembered my name. She is always very honest with me about what my car needs.

Very professional and friendly. I changed the oil and it was very quick. The staff explained everything clearly. They also checked the engine filter and the wiper for free. Willing to visit again
