I have been coming to this location since they opened, and I have always had a great experience! I especially want to shout out Nola. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and always takes care of me and my car!

They provided great service value. With this being my first time for an oil change from them they were able to quickly and thoroughly perform a inspection on other parts of the vehicle as well as taking the time to vacuum out my oil old with it being a foreign vehicle; as well as placing in a new filter! This was a great experience and I very much appreciate their work. I feel comfortable knowing that I will get my moneys worth going to this Jiffylube location. Thank you

I was told it would take an hour to mount 4 tires, but it took 2 1/2 hours. Other than the amount of time, all was good

Fast and proficient

Super nice, fast, and efficient. They don’t try to sell you things you don’t need (at least they didn’t this visit). They take the time to explain what’s going on if you’re unsure. I really needed a new air filter, and they actually showed me how dirty mine was so I understood why it needed replacing.

I’ve gone to this Jiffy Lube in Whiteland go several years and the service is the best I’ve seen. This specific visit was the best yet: I didn’t catch the female attendant that seemed to be running the show, but WOW!! Extremely professional, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Love this place they always take care of my car even checked my breaks. Very nice workers.

Was service by young man named Christian up and coming manager in training very knowledgeable at his education of teaching me what oils I needed for my vehicle I would definitely be going back to this building of professionalism keep up the good wook Christian.

This is hands down my #1 Jiffy Lube location for our fleet vehicles. I will gladly drive an extra 10 miles just to come here. Being a woman in the fleet and vehicle industry can sometimes be challenging when it comes to repairs and costs—let’s be honest, assumptions are still made. Jiffy Lube has never made me feel that way. I have never once felt talked down to, taken advantage of, or questioned when it comes to my knowledge or my vehicles. The staff is consistently helpful, professional, and kind. Nola, in the office is an absolute delight to work with, and Brandon, the manager, is just as helpful and approachable. I also truly appreciate the mechanics who take the time to ensure my trucks are safe and road-ready for my drivers.
