They took the time to walk me through the entire process and explained what they were doing every step of the way, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you get that level of transparency and customer care during a routine service. They made the whole visit quick, easy, and stress free. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great service they provided. Highly recommend!

Great customer service, fantastic mechanics, it's just the prices went up so fast. Didn't expect topay as much as I did. Full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, cabin air filter change and rear differential grease. This is my second time coming here, so they must. E doing something right.

I went to Jiffy Lube in St. Matthews for a routine oil change and had a great experience. While I was there, they let me know my brakes were really bad and needed attention right away. I’m really thankful they caught it before it turned into a bigger and more dangerous problem. Huge thank you to Andrew for all of his help. He was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciate the customer service and the care they showed. I’ll definitely be back!

These guys are really amazing

I went to get an oil change and found out I had front taillight that was out. I went to autozone to buy one and they said they couldn’t put it in for me. Since I have a good relationship with the staff here I decided to ask them and they did it for me with no questions asked. Isaiah really did a great job and his customer service is top tier!

This was my 1st time ever getting an oil change for my car lol. So I was a little nervous. But both gentlemen working today were super kind. They were also patient. They were able to change and refill everything within 15-20 minutes. And the estimate I got online was pretty close to what I ended up paying. 10/10 for the Westport location.
