The folks at Jiffy Lube Worcester are super personable and professional. Got the work done on my car very quickly and affordably. Dalton and Miranda were super friendly as the front of house and Kiel and Ismael got the work done efficiently behind the scenes. Would definitely recommend getting your oil change at Jiffy Lube Worcester!!

The manager, Miranda, was awesome! I needed air in my tire and she took care of everything free of charge. She was pleasant and even asked how my day was. I will definitely return to the Grafton St location the next time I need any type of service.

From the moment I arrived, Miranda was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my vehicle, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. It's clear she really knows her stuff! Her customer service was top-notch, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It's not every day that you come across someone who truly goes above and beyond, and Miranda definitely did that today. I left feeling confident about the service I received and will definitely be coming back because of her. Highly recommend Miranda for anyone needing quick, reliable, and excellent service!

It was a pleasure having Miranda and Hayden check out my old high mileage Subaru Outback for an oil top off visit. They noticed my oil pan gasket was old and leaking oil and were very helpful. Too notch service, very friendly and honest! Thank you!

I came in last week for an oil change and ended up finding out my car has a rear seal leak and coolant leak. Kiel, Angel and Miranda could not have been more professional, helpful, honest and knowledgeable. They said my coolant leak was far less important but my rear seal leak needed to be fixed much sooner than later. They recommended someone for me and said he was honest and does great work, which I trusted based on how well they took care of me. This was just a stop I was making to Ct, I live in Boston or else I would go here always for my car needs. Highly highly recommend whether you live close or are passing through. I am beyond grateful for their hard work and integrity. It is obvious they have your best in mind always.
