They did a great job. I got my oil changed. It was fast. The Mechanic was nice. He vacuumed my car and made sure that air was good in my tire. Thank you ??

Toby welcomed me and introduced himself since he is rather new to this location. I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for ten years because they are always honest with me about my car's needs. Troy helped me the rest of the way and he is also honest and friendly. They do good very work at this location - Elkridge. (Avoid the one in Jessup/Savage at all costs.)

Everyone that works there is top notch, friendly and courteous! The services were explained to me in a way that helped me understand what they did and how they benefited my car and my experience driving the car but not in a way where you feel like they're just trying to upsell you. They also didn't try to sell me any service that wasn't needed yet. Lastly, they got me in and out in quickly! But not so quickly where you wonder if they even touched your car. Overall, highly recommend!

My service was completed in ~25 minutes. No upselling, just knowledgeable, fast auto mechanic care and service.

I had a brake light go out and needed a quick fix. Took the car to another jiffy lube nearby to hopefully change the bulb. They wouldn’t change it as they couldn’t get the headlight off the car without breaking it. Took it to the boys at Elkridge jiffy lube and they knocked it out with no problem. These guys know what they’re doing. Currently here for a quick tire patch from a flat tire. Always trust these guys with my car issues. Brought my three year old with me for an oil change another time and they took the time to change the tv to a disney movie. Great customer service.

Pretty quick service professional staff reasonably priced oil change they did clean my windshield none of the other exterior windows and I asked about a police discount don’t know if you still due that or senior citizens discount I use to always get my police discounts in the past beside that everything else was fine
