I had a really great experience at this Jiffy Lube location. All of the staff were kind and professional, especially Mr. Brown and Mr. Jackson. It was early in the morning, but they were friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. They completed both my oil change and a fuel injector cleaning quickly without making me feel rushed. The pricing felt fair, and one of the gentlemen kindly reminded me about a maintenance item that had completely fallen off my radar — it was helpful and informative, not pushy at all. The waiting area was clean with plenty of seating, and I genuinely appreciated the fresh brewed coffee and creamer while I waited. Overall, just genuinely kind, polite, professional service. I would absolutely recommend this location to others.

Best jiffy lube in the DMV! The staff was amazing and very friendly. You can tell that the staff has great chemistry. I worked with a young lady by the name of Branaye who was very helpful from the moment i got there. She was also very knowledgeable, and very articulate with the information that she delivered. Overall i had an awesome experience and is now a regular customer.

The service was great, was greeted within 60 seconds of arriving. The gentleman's inspecting the car asked about the type of oil and other services I would need done. It was a fast process, in and out within 25-30 minutes.

Prompt courteous service every time I have been there. This is the Jiffy Lube station on St Barnabas Road in Maryland.

The service was Great! But 1st time oil change they put the wrong mileage on the paperwork and sticker in the window - had to go to another JL in Clinton an the correct the milage meter in car an got another sticker in window to return for oil change and yesterday was Great but they forgot to put the sticker in the window they left the old sticker in the window - I should get a discount on my next oil change or seek services elsewhere- I should be compensated as a customer who intent to keep using your auto service
