I think there should be some type of rewards system. Customers should receive rewards as well as coupon and discounts.

I’ve been coming to Jiffy Lube at that particular location in Pikesville for a very long time, but today was something extraordinary. The customer service was perfect. The new manager that they have their now is amazing he has the best excellent customer service and he informed me with a lot of information that I didn’t even know that could have been beneficial to me, but now I know, and I will use the top of service Everything was fast. I like that I would tell my kids they can go back to the Pikesville location to get their cars done.

Every one was polite and helpful. The technician explained the services and price before performing the work. The inside sitting room was clean and comfortable. Service was quick and easy. Would recommend this location.

I got a top off, they added some fluids and checked the air in my tires. Jiffy Lube always does a ?? great job! Thank you! I wish the hours were a bit later.

Had a flat in the morning around 8:00am. Pulled into the bay, no appointment, no notice to let them know I was coming. Was greeted kindly and professionally and taken care of with no issue at all. In and out in 20 minutes. Everyone was extremely kind and professional. Will be back should the need arise!

This visit was refreshing and the courtesy of the staff was extraordinary. Bringing to my attention immediate concerns was appreciated. I used my discount which was helpful in the cost of the economy and the additional rise in the cost of everything since COVID; Customer Service was drastically reduced and the way you felt after spending your money at some businesses was an eye opener. When you are treated kind you feel the business appreciates your patronage.

The staff was wonderful; but a 90-minute window for the work stretched to 3 hours
