How ever if Julio is doing is doing your brake job or swaping out your Struts worth the wait Quantity work at a fair and competitive pricing. had a fantastic experience during my recent inspection at Jiffy Lube. From the moment I pulled up, the team was professional, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. I’ve been to other shops where I felt pressured into unnecessary upgrades, but that wasn't the case here at all. The technicians were thorough and transparent, walking me through their findings and ensuring my vehicle was in top shape before I hit the road. They even took the time to explain a few maintenance tips that I really appreciated. The waiting area was clean, the staff was friendly, and the turnaround time was much faster than I anticipated. It’s rare to find a place that balances speed with high-quality care, but this team nailed it. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future service needs. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free inspection!

I can’t say enough good things about Nasi at the Jiffy Lube in Las Vegas! I had a scary situation where my car’s bottom panel (engine splash shield/undercarriage cover) literally fell off while I was driving on the highway—talk about stressful! Pieces were dragging and I pulled over in a panic, not knowing what to do next. I limped to the nearest Jiffy Lube, and Nasi happened to be there and immediately jumped in to help. He didn’t hesitate, didn’t make me feel like it was ‘not his problem,’ and just got right to work. With a smile and zero attitude, he grabbed the right tools, helped me reinstall the panel securely, checked everything over, and made sure it was safe to drive again—all without charging me a dime or trying to upsell anything. He even explained what might have caused it to come loose and how to keep an eye on it going forward. In a world where customer service can feel rushed or indifferent, Nasi went way above and beyond. His kindness, quick thinking, and genuine willingness to help turned a bad day into a great story. If you’re ever near this location, ask for Nasi—you won’t be disappointed.
