I took My Honda CRV in today for an oil change. The location of this Jiffy Lube is 4590 W. Cactus. The mileage I drive has gone down a lot. When I took it in, Usysses greeted us. He then pulled the car in to start service. Just a few minutes later he came to discuss the service. He told us that we had only driven about 2000 miles since last service. No service was needed at this time. He went ahead and checked the tires and fluids in the car. There was NO charge today. That was spectacular. He could have well let the car sit for some time and then charged us for the service. This is trusty worth service. My rating is a 10 plus. Thank you Usysses.

When you bring your own oil and filter it used to be like $47 dollars now it’s almost $70 wth and they didn’t even let me use a my coupon…

Jiffy Lube is the best I always feel comfortable as being a woman taking my car they don’t rip me off they give the best service they’re very very friendly. today on 3- 8 2025. I took my car in for an oil change and the manager helped me with questions I had on a service I had done at tire Works he diagnosed the problem told me to take it back to them , It’s still under warranty and Sue enough He was right I felt I was right to and they fixed it.
