Very good experience, one of the most efficiently run oil change places I've been to. Super courteous staff, especially this guy named Michael (phonetically, 'cuz I think he had a different spelling) who went out of his way with extra courteousness in service. Will return.

Kind and Professional Staff. I had a Groupon but it wasn't for this franchise location. They added their own coupon towards my total. Still 1/2 the price of my neighborhood garage

From start to finish I received excellent service! I got there just after 5pm on a Sunday and asked for an oil change. Micah met me at my car, took some information and then helped me get my stroller out of the car, and carried the diaper bag into the lobby and held the door for me. There were complimentary chilled water bottles too! The oil change was pretty quick and the gentleman that ran the transaction told me to look for a better coupon when I tried to hand him a $15 off coupon. When I couldn’t find what I was looking for he discounted $30 and I got a free car wash.

Wow, I never take the time to leave a review but they were phenomenal! Micah greeted me and was so personable, kind, funny, and helpful! Chris not only explained the problem in a way I understood but also came up with a solution that didn’t involve an upsell! Totally appreciated their honesty and quick service. I went to Jiffy Lube/Hoffmans in Delmar for oil change and inspection. Micah was very friendly and professional. They offered some additional services, but were not pushy like some of these types of places can be. They even suggested I skip the tire rotation after taking a look at them which would have been an additional charge and they added a bunch of coupons to save me more money. It wasn't too busy and they had me in and out pretty quickly. I was very satisfied with the service and the price with coupons was very reasonable. Thanks Micah and Jiffy Lube!
