Great customer service and I’ll always go there for their self serve car wash and inspection services more importantly I’d like to show appreciation to the tech that always provides great work ethic and doesn’t bs you around about non existing issues. I was in this afternoon to get my car inspected. I was told there would be a two hour wait. Totally fine, It’s the beginning of the month and the beginning of a new year, so it’s a busy time for inspections. Surprisingly, I was out of there in about an hour and a half. The employees at the counter were both very friendly and helpful. They recommended some typical upsells like cabin filter replacement and fluid top off, but there was no pressure to purchase the add-ons. Overall, pretty quick and painless.

Exceptional service as always! ??????????????????? I usually prefer to do my own work on my Jeep, so I’m naturally hesitant about handing over the keys. However, I’ve been coming to this Jiffy Lube for years because of their total transparency—I love that I can watch the work being done through the large windows. I realized last minute that my NY State Inspection had expired and pulled in at 5:30 PM. Even though they close at 6:00 PM, they didn’t bat an eye. They welcomed me with a smile, got me right in, and handled everything efficiently. They even went the extra mile with some unexpected finishing touches that left my Jeep looking better than when I arrived! By the time I left at 5:55 PM, I was stress-free and impressed. Despite it being the end of a long shift, every staff member I spoke with was lovely and patient. It’s rare to spend money and leave feeling that happy, but these guys earn it every time. Highly recommend!

Overpriced but did what i needed

Anytime I’ve gone in there Dave has a smile, he’s a cheerful person, you don’t find that everywhere. Everyone is so nice,& ready to help with your car care needs.

I was greeted almost immediately by a an employee in the lane to get my car inspected. The we're hopping busy and we're plenty nice. Brendan helped me out, inspected my car, and came out to the lobby to let me know any points of interest that I needed to know. He was very helpful and super friendly. The waiting area has refreshments. It big and clean . There's a T.V. and a large clean bathroom. Enjoyed my experience. Great job ??.

I went to get an inspection done so I don't know about the other services. There were several cars ahead so I decided to wait out in the gazebo. It was a bit cold so after a while I went inside and it wasn't long before they were done.
