super fast and kind people

Dominic was absolutely fantastic. Did a great job on my car. I really appreciate how kind and personable he was. He truly showed he cared. His team was just as awesome. Truly taking the time to figure out what I needed and getting to know me a bit. Definitely the spot to go if you need your car done.

I worked with Dan at the Jiffy Lube on Jackson Rd in Webster, NY. He was wonderful! He was very thorough in presenting and explaining what I came in for and what work was being recommended. He explained what work I could wait on and what was a more immediate need. The price was fair and I was very satisfied with the work done. Thank you for being upfront and honest with me!

Love this Jiffy Lube!! Staff is always nice, never an extremely long wait. They keep me informed throughout the process and don’t try to sell you a bunch of things. The waiting room is cleaned and stocked with coffee and water. Everyone was friendly!!

Quick/Friendly/Professional/Honest service My 1st time coming here today. I will most certainly continue to come here when needed.

This is my go to for everything with my car. Not just oil changes. I drive a Cadillac and am a single woman which makes me cautious about being taken advantage of. I never have to worry when I come here they are always fair and educate me on what I do and more importantly don’t need done. Dan is a great guy. If you’re looking for a trustworthy place look no further.

Had oil change. Waited awhile but time compensated. Used a coupon found on site.

Manager there was kind, smart, and very accommodating.

For fair pricing, convenience and speed this location is great. However, there was a small issue that I didn't notice at checkout. I am certain the friendly staff would have corrected this, had I known/brought it up before leaving. The oil change includes some check ups as well. The form provided stated they checked my tire air pressure and it was 32, unfortunately after I pulled out I noticed my PSI was in the 20's. Had I done a quick verification before departing I would have caught this, so I'm partly responsible. Anyway, I will probably return because of the speed, convenience and kind staff. I'll simply take a moment to verify the findings at check out.

My oil changed and luckily I came here again and they noticed that I needed new tires too and it is that time of year so thankful cuz that could have been another problem.
