The two gentlemen who serviced my car worked diligently and were a pleasure to listen to as they did their jobs. Great service and a couple of good laughs.

Jiffy Lube in Eaton oh did a great job with my oil changed and windshield wiper blades.

This was my first oil change with my "NEW to me" vehicle. It's a 2022, and the tech's were very knowledgeable of my questions and of all the options they were giving me. It didn't feel like a script or sales pitch. They did quality work in a timely fashion. I was more than pleased with my visit.

Robbie was very professional and gentle with me when he told me I had very little oil and there were signs of a gasket is broke. I just bought wipers and avoided a major breakdown.

Quick service and very knowledgeable workers. Highly recommend this place . This was for service performed back last October. Sorry took so long to give a review. We will be returning customers when its time to change oil again .

These guys are great. my only issue is they’re a little bit pushy with trying to upsell . I also understand that’s their job.

I had my oil changed back in December of 2025 at Jiffy Lube in Eaton, Ohio. They got me right in. They were very helpful and efficient. I thought I was slow on oil yesterday I stopped in to see if they were top off my oil. They checked it and it was full. They washed my windows and fix my windshield wiper it needed it adjusted, and they didn’t charge me anything.

They completely went out of their way! Highly recommend! They found a hidden issue with my vehicle that needed addressed asap! Thank you fellas for going over and above! I appreciate you!

I've always gone to dealerships for service. Today I went to Jiffy Lube in Eaton. Robbie and John did a fabulous job. Not just professional but personable. They will have all my business moving forward. Only negative would be they need a larger building.

Got me in & took care of a battery issue I'd been dealing with. Guys did a great job!

Nice friendly quick to have it done did you show you your air filter if you think it needs done they will replace it and they show you the oil dipstick when they're done to show you that it's full and it's new oil even though I had about four people in front of me online it didn't take all that long for me to get my turn
