I came in for an oil change. It was quick and easy. I enjoyed how fast and simple the entire process was.

Went today for oil chg, new battery, tires, brakes & rotors. My bill was 100's, SEVERAL hundred dollars LESS than I expected! I can't recommend the store/employees at the Roosevelt Ave location high enough. Thank you Kendall, Carl, Andrew & Nicholas- you rock!!

Had my ti rod and breaks changed plus an oil change. Reasonable priced with good service. Informed me that ill be needing an alignment afterwards but didn't expect that ill be that much mis aligned. They are generous enough to compensate for the trouble.

This is my second time visiting this location. The customer service was excellent. The guy with the beautiful long thick red beard helped me reset my oil gauge in my Jeep because the process to reset it doesn't work for me.

They were very friendly and helpful. I knew I needed oil change but showed me how dirty filters were to get them changed for better gas mileage I was told. Very professional and quick got me on my way in about 10 minutes

You do a great job however even with coupons you are very pricey.

No problems with these guys, they did a good job. The dealership prices for a simple oil change have gotten so high that I’m exploring other options. If Jiffylube keeps the coupons coming and can change the oil/filter at a fair price I’ll probably keep going back.

Great service

Limped in to this Jiffy Lube with no oil and a dead headlight, but didn’t feel shamed or ridiculed. They just went to work getting me set up! I’ve never been offered the opportunity to remain in the car while the oil was being changed; how wonderful! I opted to wait in the lobby, but it is definitely an option I’ll consider in the future! They left my car clean (and didn’t mess with my seat and mirror settings!) and I felt that I wasn’t being coerced into buying unnecessary things. I was in and out quickly and felt safe and well taken care of while there. Five stars!

The service was quick. The guys were great. Carl is always such a pleasure to deal with and I trust his recommendations.
