Loved this Jiffy Lube! I was greeted by Kyle with a smile, who was super kind and fast with check in. He answered all my questions. He even pointed me to Too Sweet Cakes next store to get some great coffee. Highly recommend anyone to getting coffee there while you wait. They do provide free coffee in the office as well, but if you want a special treat or have kids with you, head next store. For checkout, I was helped by Jenae. She was super knowledgeable and helpful. She even had a difficult customer and knew just what to say and do. Super professional. The service was super fast, about 15min. The building seemed very organized and clean. Highly recommend this place!!!

Janae was great! She was friendly and explain things in a way I could understand. The service was quick, but they didn’t vacuum my car or clean my windows like they usually do.

I always have a good experience at Jiffy Lube. But the service I got today at this location was extra special. They were so fast, so knowledgeable, so friendly, and so helpful. I already liked Jiffy Lube, but this location is excellent.

They were very kind and very efficient. I didn't wait long and they were nice to my dog and me while we were waiting.

Great team of people! Very helpful and efficient. Typically go to Redmond so was a bit nervous to try a new location but they were outstanding with zero complaints maybe aside from trying to pull in was a bit confusing but that’s just the way of the roads in Bend.

Janee, Eli, and the whole team there did an absolutely wonderful job! They were all extremely friendly and went above and beyond my expectations! This will be the only spot I get my oil changed from now on.

The crew did more than just an oil change. They identified a problem with my battery that I wasn’t aware of without being asked to look at the battery. Appreciate the extra effort. Very well done!!

Very friendly, knowledgeable and cost effective compared to $120 plus oil changes nowadays. They were aware of the specific things to check on my Adventure Van. Didn't push sales. Just let me know of the status. Adjusted my tire preasue, cleaned my windowswas and out in a Jiffy!

I only got an oil change, but everyone helping me was super nice and they even told me I had a slight, but not major, problem with my oil drain thread and a general estimate of when I needed to get the problem fixed. Really good nice people that work there

Fast and reasonable service.

Had Signature Oil Change and Transmission flush and fill done. The guys there are always courteous and friendly. I love that I can pull into any Jiffy Lube anytime, anywhere for a Signature Top-off in between Oil changes.

Great, efficiently good service! They thoroughly check and fill everything. Was in and out under 25 mins and the price is about the same as other places I've gone. I think I'll stick with these guys and gals tho. Good customer service is a big deal to me and they always deliver. Good job guys! ??

Fantastic service ! I had my fluid levels checked in the Portland area before heading over to a Bend. First day there: warning light and oil puddles under car. Bend JL techs discovered that the oil fill tank cap had not been properly secured and had popped off, spewing oil all over the engine compartment. They searched high and low for the cap, finally spotting a tiny edge of it from the underside of the car. Refilled oil tank, replaced cap, checked other fluid tanks and sprayed off the engine, advising me to have the engine detailed when I got back home. (Portland area JL, BTW, agreed to reimburse me for the detailing) But it is the Bend team that were the real heroes for me that day, fixing the problem, making sure I could safely drive, and saving my vacation with my kids. They are skilled, professional and personable and dedicated. I highly recommend them; they would absolutely be my go-to car service provider if I lived in the area. Thanks again to this Bend team. They are the best!

I used to go to Oil Can Henry's. They were all about service. Cleaned windows, air up tires, checked turn signals. Then Vavoline bought them and canceled all the extras. Tried Jiffy lube and they're still about service with the extras for the same price as Vavoline. Buy Jiffy Lube.

This Jiffy Lube is ran well. The employees are experienced, super polite and customer centric. They don’t try to oversell services and are honest about the ones you should get. They also cleaned all of my windows before I left. They also gave my dog a treat!
