Always friendly and helpful nice staff

Such incredibly helpful and friendly service from Sid, Rio, and Donte.They helped me identify a small hidden issue with my transmission lines and gave me a lot of quality attention and good advice about how to pursue that minor repair in the near future. I feel very respected and considered, and certainly mean to return again in the future!

Jiffy lube is a great place to go to keep your car healthy and on the road

All the guys at the shop were friendly and personable! They were knowledgeable about what services I needed for my vehicle in the near future which I appreciated. They asked me if I wanted to replace a couple of my filters but I felt like they were honest about the one that really should be replaced and the one that had a little more life in it. I’ve visited this shop several times now and I’ve had a good experience every time!

Got us in and out. Quick stop for a road trip oil change. Across the street from a mall as well. Very professional and used a coupon with no issues.

I like this particular store, I am always greeted with a smile rather it be an oil change or top off. I can always find 50% off coupons as well. They are friendly, fast and efficient.

I’ve been to a number of Jiffy Lubes before and this one blew me away with their incredible service, friendly guys, and great attitudes. I felt very taken care of and enjoyed my visit!

I hope this team is being recognized by Jiffy Lube for its exceptional service. They have the secret sauce, man. Not only are they positive, but highly conscientious. They consistently work well as a team solving problems and having each other’s backs. They should be a model for other Jiffy Lube’s.

Always a great group of people to work with

It was a good experience. The worker knew it would be a longer wait, offered fruit snacks for my kid, I told him we don’t do artificial dyes so he went out of his way to find us some without. It was a great service. Probably the best I’ve had yet!

I have been going to the Jiffy Lube on Riverside since it opened. The employees have always been very accommodating, honest, and friendly!

All employees were great, had great attitudes and a pleasure to talk to. Very honorable. Had a rude driver try to cut in front of my car but the worker was awesome and told him that I was first n made him wait. I found my forever oil changers. Nothing like California. Its 100 times better here

Dante was great and so was the rest of the crew. They found my coolant reservoir was cracked and got it fixed same day. Definitely appreciate they caught it before it became a problem. Always helpful. The discounts helped too since I just got laid off a month ago. My budget is pretty tight.
