Staff and the technicians were awesome. Overall it was a pricier than I expected, I was also surprised by the price of the air intake and cabin filters, but I chose to get them replaced anyway for convenience. I did go with full synthetic oil and I realize that’s more expensive in general. For the price it would’ve been nice if they had vacuumed the interior like some other places do. I know that’s being nitpicky, and I want to end by saying that the service was great, I’m happy with the work that was done and the convenience definitely holds value to me.

This location has always been super helpful!

More than just oil changes! Brought my car in to have them check out a sound it was making and fix it. When the sound wasn’t totally eliminated, they made sure I was taken care of, and had me bring the car back in two more times until it was completely resolved. Devinlee went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was running smoothly and I was a happy customer.

Had great service at Jiffy Lube on poinsett highway 1/03/26. Devinlee was very thorough and very knowledgeable about the car and service. The entire process was quick and efficient. The waiting room was comfortable and clean. I will be taking my car to the poinsett highway location from now on.

Annie, the shop manager, was professional, kind, and made sure everything was done correctly during my oil change. My car requires a few more detailed steps to reset the notification lights. Both technicians jumped on YouTube and figured it out, quickly! This will continue to bring me back to Jiffy Lube and this location. Thank you for always providing the best service one could ask for.

As soon as I arrived on Saturday 12/20/25, I was welcomed by one the techs. I wasn’t sure on what type of service oil change I should purchase. Devin Lee was patient and helpful with me making my decision. He did not pressure me nor did he ever rush my decision. He took the time to explain the difference between the two types of oil for my vehicle and to I was not having the best day, but Devin made my day better by being kind and patient. I will also state, everyone was professional, and friendly. I was thanked and told to have a nice day. I appreciate you all. There was another guy there that was helpful as well, (maybe Hispanic) One act of kindness made my whole day better; thank you Devin for making a difference that day! Tasha Roberts
