These two technicians did it by the book…thorough, careful to check to see if caps were back on tight, drips were cleaned up, and they communicated with me about what they found and didn’t find. No up- selling. Reasonable price.

I unexpectedly needed an oil change, and Jiffy Lube was the closest place. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and clean lobby and actually quick service. Plus the manager was very friendly and efficient. I wish there was a location in my town!

Great service, quick and easy. They do a thorough check of your vehicle as well, which is very nice. Of course they want to sell you the extras but they aren’t pushy or annoying about it. Won’t be going anywhere else.

I was in and out in 20 minutes. Daniel was a true gentleman and knew exactly what he was talking about. He did not make a huge deal of upselling which I appreciated. Everything was a perfect 10!

My oil change service was efficient! Collin and the team at this location were extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt that I could trust my car with them. Overhearing their teamwork and effective communication truly made me feel confident that my car was going to be taken care of. I used to worry that places like jiffy lube would try and scam me, but today totally shifted my perception. Collin gave me a rundown of my car as part of the service, recommendations to keep my car in good condition, and wrote down for me what didn’t print out on the report. I highly recommend coming to this location!

Tiffany and the rest of her staff are absolutely amazing! Super friendly and very helpful!! They always make me feel so comfortable and are always honest about what exactly needs to be done to my car and what can wait a little while. No intimidation any time I go in!!

I think they do pretty good for such a small staff. My coolant reservoir was empty when I went and they said they would top off all fluids but they didn’t. I did get a reminder sticker that I asked for this time.

I absolutely love this location. This is the only one I will ever go to again. Colin and Daniel are amazing and they really care! In-fact the whole team there is great! The store is clean, professional and fast. I went to another Jiffy lube location and they totally screwed my whole service up. The Hendersonville team came to the rescue! They fixed everything and put my mind at ease.

They were very friendly and got me n and out very fast. They checked everything on the car. They did an awesome job. I will go there every time.
