Quickest and most efficient oil change / tire rotation I’ve ever had! I was able to come and get this done on my 30-minute break and they were so helpful and made the experience seamless!

Great service. Fast and friendly. Been there numerous times. Always great exprience. Much better than other location in Farragut. This location is 20 miles further and willing to travel there for service.

I come here often for oil changes. This time my car's headlights were broken and I brought them in to have them check them out. He did a fantastic job.

Got an oil change and they found some cable wrapped up underneath that they also cut off. I appreciate it! :)

I have used this location since moving here ten years ago. They are so friendly and honest!!! As a female I have had my share of places you feel are trying to take advantage of your ignorance. Here I also know that are doing what I need not anymore. I have a high mileage automobile so it’s super to know they have my best interest in mind. Great people. Professional and quick!

The team members at this location are thorough and knowledgeable without trying to upsell. They are also super friendly and helpful. I even observed this while they interacted with other customers, giving advice and not just about something they could sell. Car and customer care are definitely the priority. I would definitely recommend this location. I have used it many times. No complaints.

I’ve been going to jiffy lubes for years and everytime they get me right ! Most respectful individuals and true to speed. Thank you to all my oil changes! And honesty with filters, wipers or even when I have a car question they give me the best answer . Truly appreciate jiffy lube! Extremely thankful for the discounts that you can use aswell on the online sites ( depending on state/ city ) the discounts make the oil changes worth it especially with inflation !

I always get quality work and great service here.The staff is friendly, quick acknowledgement they use the right oil other places put oil in your car that’s already in a plastic container(I don’t know what kind of oil I’m getting)The prices are better here believe me!!!Thank you guys and a shout out for such outstanding work especially for the manager at Jiffy lube on Kingston pike thank you!!!!!!

Great customer service, they got me in and out fast and were professional the whole time. I have taken my vehicle to the dealership in the past and it always takes them over an hour to take care of me and I was in and out of here within 15 minutes. Overall fantastic experience!

Very friendly, fast service, best prices in town. I will not have my oil changed anywhere but Jiffy Lube. They take time to answer questions and don’t try to force sales of other products on you. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and nice. I can tell you this was an A+ experience and again, I will not spend my money anywhere else but Jiffy Lube.

I drove up to Jiffy Lube at 8301 Kingston Pike badly in need of windshield wipers and left 12 minutes later with new wipers & a clean windshield! Service was efficient & friendly & pricing was straightforward. I highly recommend!

Not a better place in Knoxville to go than Jiffy Lube off Kingston. I have a short lunch and they always knock it out and do an exceptional job. They don’t pressure you to buy anything if it’s outdated or junk inside etc they just want your car to run as efficiently as possible. Go see these guys if you’re in Knoxville and need a quick and fair price oil change!

I had a great experience getting a tire rotation and my oil changed at Jiffy Lube! The staff was friendly, professional, and got me in and out quickly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the price was reasonable. I will definitely get my next oil change again at this Jiffy Lube.
