We absolutely love this Jiffy Lube! The waiting area is comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and informative, but not pushy. We also appreciate that they are willing to point out available coupons in order to save a little bit of money.

They worked me in last minute on the day the snowmageddon was supposed to hit. My car was vibrating so I thought an alignment. Mike was amazing and showed me my tires were terribly out of alignment and my wheel bearing. He had me back on the road safely in a little over an hour. She drives like brand new now. They are so professional and extremely nice there. Ask for Mike he’ll do you right.

The guys in here are awesome! I was treated like I mattered, which isn't something I'm used to, sadly. I took my mom's car in for an oil change and tire rotation and was so pleased, brought my own vehicle the very next day! Every single person that I encountered here was very friendly and kind. Oh and they didn't try to up sell or anything. Go here. ?????

Oil changes tend to take anywhere from 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Other than that, very satisfied.

I’ve been here several times now and always receive fast and friendly service. They show you what you may or may not want to address but never any pressure to force a sale. I usually go on lunch break for oil change and usually in and out in under 30 minutes.

Our family has multiple vehicles and I have taken everyone of them to be serviced at Jiffy Lube Eagleton. No matter the issue, their mechanics can pinpoint the issue and have it ready in a reasonable time! I highly recommend them for oil changes and services!!

Courteous and efficient

I had my oil changed and new wiper blades installed. I was able to stay in my car during the service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire service took about 20 minutes which about 1:10 hours less that where I normally take my car. I was able to use a local coupon to offset some of the cost.

Amazing work on my Tacoma I had them top off my transmission fluid today I’m very satisfied

Jiffy Lube is our go to for service on both of our vehicles, a 2014 F150 and a 2018 Ford Escape. Both vehicles have over 100,000 miles on them. Because we believe in regular maintenance, and because our Jiffy Lube on East Broadway in Maryville is superior to any service garage from Knoxville to Sevierville, including Ford service centers, we are very happy and loyal customers!

Very knowledgeable and courteous! Got me in and out quickly! I would definitely recommend them.
