The service was excellent. The manager was very helpful and friendly.

Very nice and kind mechanics, fast and very professional and did not try to push things on me that I did not need. It was very impressed with this Jiffy Lube and would tell anyone to go there.

Great service! Fast, efficient, and friendly!

The guys were great. They changed my oil and serviced my truck. I had an electronic coupon which they accepted. Even with the coupon this place is expensive. This is basically a commodity service and the location is less than ideal so it is never crowded. The folks are very professional and very personable.

Carl did a fantastic job with my 15 minute oil change. I had no wait, the waiting room was quiet and comfortable, and the customer service was excellent.

Had an issue with a broken windshield wiper and thought the arm was broken. Tech explained the arm did not have to be replaced and he installed new blade on the existing arms. Saved a bunch of money. Really nice guy. Also did an oil and air filter change and I was in and out in ~15 minutes.

Boy were they fast! I was in and out in 15 min. Was across the street waiting for same service- oil change but I was behind 6 cars. I am not waiting an hour to get an oil change so I left and went to Jiffy Lube. Glad I did!!!

Valvoline always has long lines, so I gave Jiffy lube a try today. They got me in and out quick with professional courteous service. Shout out to Kameron, Darrell And Bradley. They were great, thorough and efficient. Definitely going there from no on. Can't believe how many hours of my life I've spent in a Valvoline line... No offense to them ofc, they're good too. Oh yeah, don't forget to Google a jiffy lube coupon to save some easy money.

I’ve been coming to this location for years, but today Brandon Rasor and Christina went above and beyond. Instead of just doing the oil change and sending me on my way, they actually took the time to teach me things about my car and break everything down in a way that made sense. Their patience, clarity, and willingness to help really stood out. Huge shoutout to both of them for making the experience genuinely exceptional. Highly recommend!

I went to the Bellevue location! I was blown away! They opened right on time! The shop was spotless, well organized and ready for customers! The staff was fantastic, not what I am used to! I needed an oil change but they inspected the entire car! I needed additional things but was in a hurry to get to work so I will return for the additional items! I needed an air filter, new wiper blades and potentially brake work but there was no hard sell! Prices were quoted and they were very fair! They went above and beyond to educate me without a hard sell! I was shown worn parts where relevant! I have already referred them to my daughter and they will have my business going forward! Well done gentleman, it was a pleasure!

They were extremely quick they got me in and out of there, I think it would be safe for me to say less than 30 minutes. Everyone there was very friendly. This is where I always go and will continue to go. I would recommend anyone I know looking for a place to get their oil changed. 5 stars 100%

Pulled it to have a oil top-off (my ole Lincoln burns it like Kuwait invaded) & it was time to change. Prices are much lower now than last time (got a great digital coupon). I pulled it when all the bays were empty so service was quick. Great people, who worked with my concerning my future needed repairs. Great place to change oil if your old wheels burn it because top-offs are free for first 3K miles after.

The new staff is amazing

Even though there were several cars ahead of us for service; the expected wait was ok. We chose to wait inside in quiet cool comfort. Another waiting customer showed us a 25% off coupon. Nice!!

Extremely helpful staff. During my tire rotation, they discovered that my Ford Fusion had the wrong lug nuts securing my tires. They took the time to explain how this may have happened and the potential issues of left as-is. They then ordered new lug nuts and installed them within 30 mins. I appreciated their attention to detail. Will definitely be using this shop going forward.
