GM was a kind and awesome guy who broke down all the different things this car of mine I got for cheap that had been neglected needed to run better. He didn’t push anything on me that I said I couldn’t afford and gave me good news that my car wasn’t in as bad of shape as I thought. He was very polite and explained things in simpler terms for me since I don’t know much about cars at all. Oil change was quick and all the staff were very professional and friendly !! Would definitely recommend and I will be returning regularly.

The General Manager of this location (Austin G.) was kind enough to give me a call after my initial feedback regarding one of his employees (not a negative interaction, rather impersonal and detached). Fast, efficient and friendly. I have been going to this location for the last two years and I am always pleased with their service. I also like that they do not try to upsell you unless you really need the item.

Me atendió William el cambio de aceite y filtro lo hicieron en 5 minutos,me quede asombrado,lo hicieron en ese tiempo y quede satisfecho, pues pedí revisar el aceite pensando que era imposible hacerlo en tan breve tiempo y realmente lo hicieron y bien.

These guys obviously hold themselves to a high standard. They will weed out any problems you might have and be blunt about it. My kind of joint!

They had me in and out in 5 minutes during rush hour for an oil change. Respectful and courteous. Didn't haggle for other services. Prob the best Jiffy Lube I've ever used.
