I came in 10 minutes before closing and they were very nice and inspected my car for emissions. It was a good deal and I was out of there with little wait time.

I had some errands with my Dog and came on a whim. The staff was very nice and understanding. My oil change was done quick fast, and in a hurry, and everyone was very kind. They also showed me some other things that was due on my car that I didn’t know for the Future .10 out of 10.

I've been going to this location on Dairy Ashford just north of Westheimer for 16 years. Calvin the manager has always taken the best care of my vehicles, and the rest of the crew are always friendly and helpful. Oil change, State Inspection - you name it, these folks are the best. Highly recommend and will be back Good Lord willing.

Great service! They actually came back to me and advised a certain service wasn’t needed after further inspection. I would have had no idea, so that really speaks to their integrity. The manager and the team did an amazing job, and were fast!

Came in to ask to diagnose the check engine light issues and help refill air into tire. Everyone there was friendly and helped me out and got me going in less than 10 minutes, and free of charge for those service. Friendly staff, great service, thank you so much today!

I cannot say enough good things about Calvin, the manager at this Jiffy Lube. What started as a routine oil change quickly turned serious when critical safety issues were discovered that could have left me stranded. Calvin took complete ownership, explained everything clearly and honestly with zero pressure. He went way above and beyond: prioritized my vehicle, sourced a hard-to-find part fast, coordinated the repairs, and got me safely back on the road the same day, all while staying calm and professional. Outstanding leadership, genuine care, and real problem-solving. Hands down the best service experience I’ve ever had at any shop. Thank you, Calvin, you’re the real deal! Highly recommend this location because of him.

Imagine getting CFA and pulling out of the parking lot at 6 pm to get pulled over by a state trooper at 6:01 because of a 2 year old expired tag. You dread the idea of a long wait to get the inspection to dismiss this ticket. The techs never seem like they enjoy their job anytime I’ve done this at other places in the past. Then Texas decides it wants to be crazy and drop to 40 like it wasn’t 80 yesterday. So now I have to wait in the cold with unhappy people. Lucky for me I decided to try a shop I always pass by and never stop at. The employees are hilarious and made the whole experience fun. They are pretty knowledgeable and honestly I would trust them over a competitor. Had I not of gotten my oil change at the dealer 2 weeks prior the guy would have had me sold on an oil change. He did his job with pitch. I’m kind of sad I haven’t used this shop prior. Definitely worth going to and I’m glad I went here.

This Jiffy Lube pulled off the plot twist of the century. I rolled in expecting the usual “grumpy-mechanic-in-a-grease-movie” vibe… and instead got what felt like the Chick-fil-A of oil changes. The staff? Friendlier than my grandma after her second cup of coffee. The shop? So clean I briefly wondered if I’d stumbled into a spa for cars. They checked the emissions faster than I can Google “how often should I change my oil,” and they did it with smiles so genuine I thought I was being pranked. Honestly, I’m convinced this location is powered by good vibes and premium caffeine. Sure, the parking lot’s tighter than a pair of jeans after Thanksgiving, but who cares? I’d park on the moon if it meant coming back here. Whoever’s managing this Jiffy Lube deserves a raise, a crown, and maybe their own reality show. ?????

I got there a little after 8am and it wasn't open. Thankfully a nice young lady was there and told me someone would be there in about 10 minutes, so I waited. They did my inspection quickly and professionally.
