Great experience at Jiffy Lube! I came in for an oil change and Dimitri was amazing. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed. The service was quick and efficient, and the whole team made the process really easy. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had getting my car serviced. I’ll be back!

Ask for Demetro! Went to the 2001 S Shepherd Dr location. Everyone there was great, but Demetro was awesome! I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them. He was very professional, up-beat/energetic, great communication, and really went Above & Beyond! Thank you Demetro! (I hope I am spelling his name correctly).

Called the day before to get a price for a service. Went in the next day to have the service done and even got a coupon. Dmytro was very kind and professional. He let me know what was recommended to get fixed soon and gave me prices. The team had my car ready in no time. Excellent customer service!

Nataly was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was polite & professional in requesting to speak in private and patient and efficient in running through the report while informing us of a few issues for which we were thankful including She honored the $26 coupon for synthetic AND also gave us a military discount! Very happy with our full synthetic oil change. Highly recommend this shop.

Natalie and Joshua were helpful, friendly and professional. The shop has a good atmosphere and vibe, like they enjoy their jobs. Definitely recommend and will be back!

I always choose this jiffy lube location because they are so helpful and knowledgeable. Making things quick and simple as well. I had an issue with my last service being done in the Dallas area and today I brought it in early at 8 when first opening and Adrian & J… both were super helpful. They explained the issue and corrected it. I’m happy and already continuing on with my day less than 30 mins later.

Never had a bad experience here and you get coupons thru email so thats a BIG PLUS!!!

I just had my first visit here, and I can't say enough good things—definitely a 10/10! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with friendly customer service, and getting my oil change was super quick and easy. The atmosphere was fantastic, too! I’ll definitely be coming back to this location again!

I had a great experience. The assistant manager was very helpful and kind and clearly explained anything I asked about.

Never thought I’d be writing a review for an oil change place, but the staff at this location were phenomenal. I came by on my lunch break and was in and out in about 15 minutes. Everyone was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Ryan, Jerry, and the whole team are great! Hopefully I’ll see them again in a few thousand miles
