Rico and his crew do a it's a fantastic job, explaining everything they do. When they do it asking you a permission before they do it. And being very quick and thorough at what they are doing, a very pleasant experience to get an oil change with a smile which is hard to come by these days, hats off two rico and his crew, thank you so much.

Rico, Miguel and the team at this store were great! Even with a line forming, they still managed to get my oil changed done in less than 20 minutes. They were super helpful answering my questions and helping me understand the best oil choice for my car. I’ll definitely be back.

The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. Rico was the point person for me, and he explained what needed to be done in an up-front manner that was easy for me to understand as I am not a car person. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Quick and pleasant service!!

It was super quick, got an oil change and engine filter replaced in under 25 minutes and they even waived the inspection fee, very welcoming! Definitely recommend!

Quickest inspection I received since l8ving in the Austin area. They checked me in and did their thing as far as the auto inspection is concerned. No stopping this young men and women at this Jiffy Lube location.

Rico and his team killed it on my oil changes, 2 vehicles less than 40 minutes. On a Saturday of all days. This time I wasn’t pushed for anything but what I asked. Will return if Rico is still killin it there.

We were seen on Monday by Rico after hours. He allowed us to get our oil changed, even though the business was closed. It was our negligence that didn’t know the hours, yet he was still so accommodating and sweet. Our car was in and out in no time, but I also felt like everything was efficiently done! I will definitely come again:) Thank you to Rico and his staff!

The employees are very friendly and the place, really clean. The purpose of my visit was to get a car inspection. There was a nice and cool waiting room to get out of the heat. I will definitely do business with this Jiffy Lube again.
